In this concert, Bolai Li and their friends will perform seven songs. The show, titled Drunk Butterfly in Myth, features music with grooves rooted in R&B, soul, funk, and pop. Each song was selected for its distinctive rhythmic feel and the influence these styles have had on Li’s musical journey. As a musician, they draw inspiration from Black artists across different eras who shaped these genres. Through this performance, Li aims to honor the musicians who have influenced them and to share the power and magic of groove with the audience.
